Santa's Appearances
2017 Season
On November 25th, I was asked to appear for pictures with families to benefit a young boy in our area that suffered a terrible tragedy at Camden Signs in Camden, Tennessee. We had a really good turnout and was able to raise a nice amount for the boy's trust fund.
On November 25th, I was so honored to ask to appear at Nathan Bedford Forrest State Park in Eva, Tennessee. They had a "Lighting of the Knob" event at their Tennessee River Folklife Interpretive Center and Museum. They had crafts, a visit with yours truly, musical entertainment and refreshments. The highlight of course was the light displays!
On December 2nd, I had the opportunity to visit the Guest House Inn at Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee. I strolled around and took pictures with the guests. Surprised a few children doing so. I took the opportunity to chat with the guests during their breakfast in the restaurant.
On December 3rd, I visited with shoppers at the local Wal-mart in Camden, Tennessee. I strolled around and took selfies with them.
On December 5th, I was invited to take pictures at the Country Corner restaurant in Bruceton, Tennessee.
On December 8th, I did a photo-shoot with families once again with J. Muller Photography in Camden, Tennessee.
On December 10th, I attended the Blooming Grove Methodist Church in McKenzie, Tennessee. I got to hand presents to good boys and girls.
On December 11th, I did another session of photo-shoot with families with J. Muller Photography in Camden, Tennessee.
On December 16th, I had been invited to the Old Navy Store in Olive Branch, Mississippi. Mrs. Claus was even able to come with me to visit. We visited with the boys and girls from the Greater Memphis area Boys and Girls Club. They were given a $100 each to shop in the store. They had refreshments and crafts to do while they spent the day shopping. Santa even joined them for the "Jingle Jammie Dance" Check out the video in Santa's Gallery.
On December 16th, I appeared at Jim Keras Chevrolet in Memphis, Tennessee. Mrs. Claus accompanied me on this visit as well. We were able to visit with customers and got to help them celebrate with some of their purchases.
On December 16th, Mrs. Claus and I attended Southside Cafe's Customer Appreciation Christmas Party in Paris, Tennessee. We had a blast visiting with the families and enjoyed the entertainment.
On December 17th, I attended the First United Methodist Church in Bruceton, Tennessee. I was able to help pass gifts to the good boys and girls.
On December 17th, I also attended the Camden Presbyterian Church in Camden, Tennessee. Mrs. Claus came with me to help bring joy to the children here and remind them of the reason for the season.
On December 20th, I was able to visit my neighbor's Day Care children again. I passed out some early gifts, they were so good.
